great central stay!
perfect locationnice couchclean room
the accommodation had a perfect location near the christmas markets. i liked the nice couch in my room, there were teas and a kitchen. the room was clean and a good size for my stay.

The staff member i encountered was very helpful with directions. They also provided some good tips. they explained the local attractions. the service contributed positively to my overall stay here, which i found good.

dirty bathroombroken toilet
the shared bathrooms were not cleaned sufficiently . this i found unacceptable. toilet seats were broken in one bathroom, and there was no mirror in another. live-in staff allowed noisy guests until 2am next to my room. this disrupted any chance of rest. the bed and mattress provided very poor support.

The location is very convenient, quite close to Rossio station. The room was very clean. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and capsules.
I don't have any complaints about my stay. Everything went smoothly.

the location was really central. a supermarket was very close by. the communal areas seemed very clean. the areas were also surprisingly quiet for being in the city center!
the shower had half a door? water went all over the floor. the ac was very effective. i couldn't quite figure it out.
